REFUND

All goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable based on change of mind returns or exchanges
Should there be a defect or items wrongly delivered, kindly contact us at hello@kookunails.com and we will guide you on the exchange process
To be eligible for refund/exchange please contact us within 14 days from date of purchase
Items for refund/exchange must be in its original and unused condition
Photo evidence and proof of purchase required
Refund will be in the form of store credits and not cash refund

DEFECTS

Colours displayed may vary due to lighting and different screen resolutions, this is not considered a defect
For glitter wraps, placement of glitters may differ for every piece, this is not considered a defect
Items with slight imperfection which do not affect the overall appearance or usage of the item itself will not be considered as a defect
