Delivery

SINGAPORE DELIVERY

• For orders below $50, additional $3.50 will be charged for processing and delivery
• For orders $50 and above, delivery is complimentary
• Orders will be processed between 1-3 business days
• Delivery takes between 3-7 business days
• Tracking number will be provided 

 

MALAYSIA DELIVERY

• For orders below RM80, additional RM6 will be charged for processing and delivery
• For orders RM80 and above, delivery is complimentary
• Orders will be processed between 1-3 business days
• Delivery takes between 3-7 business days
• Tracking number will be provided 

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

• We are currently only open for delivery to Australia. For orders below $120SGD, additional $10SGD will be charged for processing and delivery. For orders $120SGD and above, delivery is complimentary
• Orders will be processed between 1-3 business days
• Delivery takes between 7-14 business days (may be longer for more remote areas/affected by unique situations like Covid-19) 
• Tracking number will be provided
• You may be charged for handling fees and taxes when you order goes through the customs. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges as customs and tax regulations differ for each country. We suggest to refer to your local delivery service for more info.

 

INCOMPLETE / INCORRECT ADDRESS

• For orders that are sent back to us, we will require a top up of delivery cost before we resend the package
